Obituary
Phillip Wade Smith, JR., 43, passed away June 24, 2019 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. He was born August 24, 1975 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Phillip Smith and the late Paula Williams Smith.
Wade was preceded in death by his mother, Paula Williams Smith.
He is survived by his father Phillip Smith (Brenda); three daughters, Olivia, Abigail and Mary Kate; brother Zach Smith (Lindsey); sister, Nalley Smith; two uncles, Billy Williams (Nancy) and Eddie Smith; and nephew, Eli Smith. Pallbearers will be Chuck Young, Shawn Daniels, Chris Gathright, Daniel Watson, Shannon Spooner, Tony Lytle and Danny Austin.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Perry's Funeral Chapels. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Perry's Funeral Chapels with Mike Sean officiating. Interment will follow at Craig Cemetery.
