Ralph Paul "Doc" Anglin, 62, of Smackover, died at the Medical Center of South Arkansas
on Monday April 21, 2008. He was born on Oct. 24, 1945, in Smackover to Arley Lavelle
Anglin and Frances Catherine Mullens Anglin. Paul had worked for Cross Oil for over 31 yrs
before retiring.

Preceded in death by his parents, a brother James Paul Anglin, two brother-in-laws Larry
Crumpler and Sammy Jordan.

Survived by wife Marilyn Anglin of Smackover, his children; Paul Douglas Anglin and wife
Veronica of Norphlet, Robert Brian Anglin and wife Crystal of Emerson, Tia Smith of Mountain
Pine, eight grandchilden; Michael Taylor, Dallas Anglin, Caine Anglin, Hunter Collier, Nickalas
Anglin, Emma Anglin, Cody Peterson, and Collin Smith, three sisters, Evelyn Crumpler of
Smackover, Irene Jordan of Little Rock, Patsy Sloan of Smackover, three aunts, M. E. Hilliker of
Norphlet, Marie Turner of El Dorado, and Flo Sage of Norphlet an uncle Mike Mullins of Texas,
and a number of nieces and nephews.

Palbearers will be Jimmy Lynn Moore, Tim Corley, Mark Corley, Don Traylor, Jerry Smith,
Michael Faulkner, Mike Stone, and James Richardson. Honoraries will be Le Croy Clawson, and
Ronnie Nelson Sr.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7PM at Perry's Funeral Chapels in El Dorado.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
with Bishop Spencer Singleton and Chaplain Sterling D. Claypoole officiating. Burial will be in
Smackover Cemetery under direction of Perry's Funral Chapels of El Dorado.
