Randy "Billy Goat" McDougal, 63, of Calion passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. He was born in Tuscon, AZ on May 13, 1955 to Charlie "Putt" and Merlene Dodson McDougal.  Randy enjoyed riding motorcycles and horses. He had been a truck driver for over 40 years and was employed with Blann Tractor of Hampton, AR. He was a kind and selfless person, who put others before himself, as he was doing the morning God called him home.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Randy is survived by his wife and "Bestfriend'',Gwinda McDougal of Calion; sons, Jason McDougal (Jill)of Camden, AR and Ryan Watson of Calion, AR; daughters, Kasey McCroskey (Brice) of Searcy, AR and Megan Watson of Calion, AR; brother, Rick McDougal of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Alexandra and Brodie; and many "Brothers of the Highway".

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM Friday, April 5, 2018 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
