Rhonda Willoughby 64, passed from this life August 11, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born December 11, 1961 to Jack and Judy William Dover in El Dorado, Arkansas.

Rhonda worked as a cook at The Old Fashion. Anyone who has ever eaten there knew her culinary skills especially her famous burgers. She was known to be a loving mother and grandmother who was artistic and loved creating art and playing Sadako in her spare time.

Preceding her in death are her parents and her devoted husband Scott Allen Willoughby.

Surviving her are her son Justin Dover (Mary Lewis) and daughter Jackie Thompson, her grandchildren Daniel Collins, Dylan Collins, Cameron Dover and Keaton Underwood.
