April 27, 1961 – April 7, 2026
Ricky Ellis Thaxton was born on April 27, 1961, in Musella, Georgia, to Norman Ellis Thaxton, Jr. and Deloris Louise (Crosby) Moss. He grew into a man of action and integrity.
