?Ruby Hinson Fore, 87 of Parkers Chapel died February 25, 2008 at the Medical Center of South
Arkansas. She was born November 30, 1920 in El Dorado and is the daughter of the late Thomas
C. Hinson and Rosie Hinson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Everett Cash Fore, a son; Everett Wayne Fore,
three brothers Mitchell Hinson, Coy Hinson, and Obil Hinson, and a sister Alma Gray.
Survivors include a son Donald T. Burks (Cely) of Oxnard, California, a daughter Marilynn
Moreno (Roger Parker) of El Dorado, daughter-in-law; Betty Lou Fore of Alvin, Texas,
grandsons; Jack Sorrells (Stacey) of El Dorado, Shane Sorrells of El Dorado, Kirk Fore (Wanda)
of North Carolina, granddaughter; Roslyn Nipper (David) of El Dorado, Rose Moreno of El
Dorado, Shawn Meuth of Brazoria, Texas, Maritie Blancett (Vincett), Maribel Burks and Ruby
Burks all of California, a niece; Sandra Jinks, a great nephew; Jeff Jinks both of El Dorado, great
grandchildren; Jason and Stephanie Blancett, Stormy Neff, John David Nipper, Noel Camell,
Jacob Camell, Zachary Camell, Noah Sorrells, Skylar Moreno, Cory Criss, Laurel Moreno, Gavin
Livingston, and Hannah Meuth.
Ruby was a life long resident of the Parkers Chapel community and a member of of Galilee
Baptist Church where she attended so faithfully. She was also a member of Parkers Chapel's
first lady high school basketball team.
She retired from Union Memorial Hospital where she worked as a nurse for twenty five years.
She loved the nurses, doctors and patients she worked with over the years.
After retirement she enjoyed visiting her family and special friends at breakfast times at "Andys"
resturant. She also enjoyed quilting.
The past four years she was a resident at Oak Ridge Nursing Home where she remained active,
playing dominos, bingo, and making new friends. She loved the singing groups that visited the
nursing home, but her favorite pasttime was making decopage vases for family and friends. Her
vases have made their way from Mississippi to California.
Ruby was one of a kind. She was a sweet, caring, loving person. She was the best mother and
"Ma" a family could have. Her family was her greatest accomplishment. She will be in their
hearts forever.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday February 27, 2008 at Galilee Baptist Church with
Rev. Tommy Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Primative Baptist Cemetery
under the direction of Perry's Funeal Chapels of El Dorado.Visitation will be from 5:30pm til
8:00pm Tuesday February 26, 2008 at the funeral home.
The family will be at the Nipper's residence, 226 Windy Hollow Lane off Hinson Road in
Parkers Chapel.
