Cassandra "Sandy" Lynn Blakney, age 58, passed from this life Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Sandy was born November 10, 1966 in El Dorado, AR.

For over a decade Sandy's main passion was advocating for the lost, broken, and abandoned pets around to. Perhaps, she may have help you find yours. She left us unexpectedly, instantly, and pain free after having one of her best days. Her day was so amazing that we know she had Lee Ann with her all day, waiting to bring her to the afterlife. They are laughing at us down here.

She was preceded in death by her father John Harper, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her loving husband of thirty-four years Michael Blakney; mother and step-father Gwen and Joe Flournoy; two sons Christopher Harper Reed and his wife Liz Ramey of El Dorado, AR, and Christian Dakota Blakney and his husband Chance Rankin of Monticello, AR; one daughter Cami Johnson and her husband Chance of El Dorado, AR; one step-son Chis Blakney and his wife Bonnie of Jasper, AR; six furry children Billy, Jack Frank, Hoochie, Lynn Lee, Jake, and Bonnie Jo; eight grandchildren Ashley, Kaylee, Jada, Gio, Jaxon, Addison, Leeann, Athena, Uhtred, and Blue; one brother Joseph Christopher Harper of El Dorado, AR; as well as a host of extended family, friends, and many four legged furry creatures.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Sandy's honor to UCAPS. Services to be announced.
