Scotty Harper, 67 of Norphlet passed away on May 26, 2022 at his residence. He was born on December 17, 1954 in Farmerville, Louisiana.  Scotty was a people person and he never met a stranger. He loved his dogs and riding his Harley, but his greatest joy was spending time with his wife, kids, grandkids and great grandkids. As much as he loved his baby girls his dog, Smokey was his true buddy. Scotty served in the United States Army and worked as a Crane Operator with Milam Construction many years.

Preceding him in death are his brother, Pete Harper; sisters, Dianne Haper Toms and Charlene Ramsey.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Kathy Harper of Norphlet, Arkansas; sons, Tim Davis (Krissi) of El Dorado, Arkansas, Michael Davis (Kiersten) Panama City, Florida and Scott Harper, Jr. (Torie) of Hamburg, Arkansas; daughter, Gracie Harper of Hamburg, Arkansas; bonus children, Joseph and Tasha Cheatham of El Dorado, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
