Sharon Kay Underwood , 64 years old of El Dorado, AR passed away at her home on March 30, 2024. She was born in Portageville, MO to W.M. and Olene Cochran on June 20,1959.

She is preceded in death by her parents and long time friend; Scott Nichols.

Those left to Cherish her memory include her only son Nick Underwood , His wife Tisha and her granddaughters Makenli and Lilly Clair Underwood of Parkers Chapel, AR. Brother Rick Cochran (Candy) from Malden, MO.

Sharon was employed as a service advisor at Teague Ford for over 30 years and finished out her employment at Smackover Motors, she was a dedicated and dependable employee. She was loved tremendously by her coworkers and customers. She was known by many generous, compassionate and had an enormous kind heart for people.

Sharon dedicated her life to her son, Nick and his girls, she was immensely proud and leaves behind beautiful memories.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Friday, April 5, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Parkers Chapel. The family invites the public to come early from 1:00 PM until time of service to share memories of Sharon.
