Obituary
Tommy R. Dopson, 66, of Hampton, AR passed away April 7, 2017 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.
Tommy was born August 22, 1950 to the late William Thomas Dopson and Mary Elaine Burt Dopson. Short track racing was his passion. "Nothing Nice" was what his racing family called him. He was a wonderful father and grandfather.
Preceding him in death are his parents; two sisters, Terressie Johnson and Glenda Duft; one brother, David Dopson.
Survivors include his wife 39 years, Clara Dopson; two daughters, Amber Bale (James) and Ashley Spradley (Toby); four brothers, Jackie Dopson (Catherine), James Dopson (Janet), Steve Dopson (Jan) and Michael Dopson; grandchildren, Hanna Bale, Thomas James Bale, Adam James Spradley, Beau Alan Ray Spradley, Aubree Elaine Spradley and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 8pm Monday, April 10 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
Services will be at 2pm Tuesday, April 11 also at Perry's Funeral Chapels with Bro. Kent Jobe officiating.
Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
