Obituary
Wesley Claude Owens, 37, of El Dorado left this earth and entered the gates of Heaven on Monday, July 4, 2016.
Wesley was born May 16, 1979 to Gayland J. Owens and Tamme Bailey Graham . He was a self employed painter. Enjoyed spending time with his children, family, fishing and outdoor activities. He loved to laugh and play pranks on his family and friends. Wesley will be missed by many and was loved by all who knew him.
Preceding him in death by his maternal grandparents, Tom and Sue Bailey of Mt. Holly; great grandparents, Aubrey and Dorothy Barksdale and Earnest and Ola Mae Ray of El Dorado.
Those left to cherish in him memory are his parents, Gayland Owens (Marilyn) of Three Creeks and Tamme and Bryan Graham of El Dorado; his wife, Lorrie Owens of El Dorado; two daughters, Ariel Dunn and Abbie Owens of El Dorado; two sons, Dalton Owens, student of UAM, to which Wesley was proud of, and Dylan Owens; two brothers, Raymond Bailey of Buena Vista and Daniel Owens of El Dorado; two step brothers Joseph and Jason Philyaw of El Dorado; paternal grandparents, Garland Owens of Three Creeks and Melba Pierce of El Paso, TX. Also left behind are four uncles, one aunt, multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 8, 2016 from 6 - 8pm at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 10:30am at Mt. Holly Cemetery with Bro. Steve Davis officiating.
