Obituary
William Robert Garrett, 70, of El Dorado, Arkansas, passed away on November 16, 2025. He was born on September 19, 1955, to Frank and Lavonne Garrett. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Garrett.
He is survived by his children Jeffrey Lowery, Connie Mikla, Michael Lowery, Jennifer Phillips, Susan O'Handley and Kelly Jones; his brother Bill Lowery; his sister Letha Rhoton; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Memorial service will be held in his honor at Northwest Baptist Church, 5410 Northwest Avenue in El Dorado, Arkansas, on Saturday, November 22 at 10:00 a.m.
