William “Rusty” Hodges passed away on August 30, 2026, after a period of declining health. Rusty was born on March 5, 1968, in Oakdale, Louisiana. He spent much of his life in El Dorado, Arkansas, where he worked hard, built a life, and eventually owned and operated Hi-Tech Windshield Repair and Replacement. Rusty is survived by his daughter, Jordan Raley; son-in-law, Daniel; and granddaughter, Emmaline Raley. He also leaves behind his father, Wesley Hodges; stepmother, Tracey Hodges; sisters, Nikkole Branch (Dan), Morgan Bridges (Kevin), and Christina Spottsville; brothers, Josh Hodges (Glenda), Russell Strother, and Randy Strother; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dale Scallan; brother, Colt Hodges; and his close aunt, Sherian Pourciau. In accordance with Rusty’s wishes, he will be cremated, and no funeral or memorial service will be held. His family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Lifetouch Hospice of El Dorado and to family friend and nurse Britni Jones, who helped care for Rusty during his final days. Every nurse and CNA who cared for him treated him with kindness, dignity, and compassion, and Britni’s willingness to step in and provide both care and support during such a difficult time meant more to his family than words can express.
