Obituary

Willie Mae Woolsey Scott 89, of Careyville, died Wednesday, July 21, 2009 at her residence.

She was born October 24, 1919 in Emmett, Arkansas to the daughter of William Robert Woolsey
and Maggie Beason Woolsey. She was a charter member of Faith Assembly of God. She
worked in Lipsey's Sandwich Shop for over 22 years and was the manager of Chick-a-Dilly on
East Hillsboro when it first opened and was a greeter at Wal Mart Super-Center for 2 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Lee Scott Jr., a daughter Shirley Scott
Murphy, three sisters; Cordia Love, Cecil Hansen, Mable Cameron, and three brothers; Paul
Woolsey, Clarence Woolsey and Harse Woolsey.

She is survived by a son, Robert E. Scott Sr, and his wife Sharon of Careyville. Seven
Grandchildren, Ten Great Grandchildren, six Great Great Grandchildren, and One Great Great
Great Grandchild.

Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2009 at Perry's Funeral Chapels in El Dorado with
Rev. Terry Burke officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery under the direction of
Perry's Funeral Chapels.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m.Thursday at the funeral home.
